Four people found dead inside a flat of Noida

In Uttar Pradesh's Noida the bodies of four people were recovered from inside a flat, the incident was reported from the Tusyana village in the region.

The police said the information regarding the death of the four people was provided by one Pawan Singh, the landlord, who said his tenants were lying dead inside their rented apartment.

While the room was locked from the inside, neighbours had called up Pawan to inform him about a foul smell emanating from the flat.

Those dead were identified as Chandresh Kumar, his brother Rajesh, their sister Bubbly and Chandresh Kumar's wife Nisha.

The police also said the knob of the gas cylinder in their apartment was on, and the cylinder was empty.

Prima facie, it seemed the four died of suffocation, the DCP said, adding, the bodies were taken into custody for further investigation 

Procedures for the postmortem were underway.
